One ecosystem, endless potential

One connected platform
Two roles.
One shared goal.
Make every competition easier to discover, join, and run.
For participants
Relevant opportunities.
Filter by interest, level, location, and format. Read requirements, fees, and the organizer profile before you register.
Teams ready to move.
Invite members, check that the roster meets the rules, and coordinate work in a shared team space.
Always know what's next.
Registration, payment, deadlines, submissions, and results each have their own clear status.
For organizers
Publish once. Manage everything.
Categories, rounds, rules, capacity, venues, and schedules live in one official source.
Access that matches responsibility.
Owners, operations, finance, and judges work with separate permissions. Custom roles come from a controlled permission list.
From registration to closing.
Manage participants, entries, judging rubrics, results, certificates, consultations, and reconciliation in one connected flow.
The opportunity
So much potential.
Too much friction.
Competitions can open doors. But discovery lives on social media, registration in forms, payment proofs in chats, and results in spreadsheets.
What participants face
- Relevant competitions only show up if you follow the right accounts or a paid promotion happens to reach you.
- Rules, requirements, and deadlines are spread across posts that can change without any history.
- Fees go to accounts that are hard to verify, with no official proof when something goes wrong.
- After registering, it is hard to know the next step until results and certificates arrive.
What organizers face
- The same participant data is collected and checked again by hand.
- Transfer receipts are matched one by one from screenshots.
- Meeting links, submissions, judges' scores, and certificates live in separate tools.
- Promotion depends on social media reach that is hard to measure.
From discovery to achievement
Not just a sign-up.
A whole journey.
Choose a perspective to see what each side does at every stage.
Participant
Stage 1: Discover
Search by field, individual or team format, fee, online or offline, region, and deadline. Read the rules, the organizer profile, and the requirements before you register.
Stage 2: Register
Register on your own or form a team. The leader invites members, each member accepts their own invitation, and the roster is locked according to the rules.
Stage 3: Pay
Pay through an official payment provider. Your payment record lives in your account, not just in a screenshot.
Stage 4: Take part
See your next step and deadline in your own time zone. Venues or meeting links open when it is time, submissions come with a receipt, and online exams use Safe Exam Browser.
Stage 5: Get judged
Your work is scored with a rubric published in advance. Official results are released after review, and you can appeal under the stated rules.
Stage 6: Celebrate
Download a certificate anyone can verify through a link or QR code, including one for every team member.
Organizer
Stage 1: Publish
Publish one official competition page with categories, rounds, versioned rules, capacity, fees, and schedule. Each page is reviewed before it goes live.
Stage 2: Accept registrations
Track eligibility, team invitations, capacity, and waitlists in separate queues instead of one spreadsheet.
Stage 3: Collect fees
Payments are matched to invoices automatically. Registration funds are held and released after the competition takes place as agreed.
Stage 4: Run the rounds
Run offline rounds, artifact submissions, online presentations, or online exams. Schedule changes are recorded and affected participants are notified.
Stage 5: Judge
Invite judges who only see the entries assigned to them, record conflicts of interest, collect scores, then approve and publish results.
Stage 6: Issue certificates
Upload your own certificates or generate them from a template. Incorrect certificates can be revoked or replaced with a clear history.
Competition formats
Many formats.
Still connected.
Each round needs different preparation and evidence. One competition can combine several rounds in different formats.
Offline
Venue, access, schedule, and on-site attendance recorded by staff.
Artifact submission
Essays, designs, videos, or code with deadlines, versions, file scanning, and receipts.
Online presentation
Meeting links open on schedule only for eligible participants, and can be replaced if they leak.
Online exam
Safe Exam Browser is required. Answers are saved with receipts and timing follows the server clock.
Multi-round and hybrid
Several rounds in different formats, with clear rules for advancing to the next one.
Trust is part of the product
Trust is built.
At every step.
Every protection in Mulailomba has a clear meaning. We also write down what it does not guarantee.
01
Registration funds are held
What it meansFees are paid through a payment provider and can only be released after the competition takes place, the complaint window closes, and the provider has settled the funds.
What it does not meanPrize insurance or an unconditional refund guarantee.
02
Organizers are checked
What it meansOrganizer identity and payout accounts are reviewed, with the date and scope of the check shown.
What it does not meanA guarantee of event quality or prizes.
03
Results are traceable
What it meansRubrics are locked before judging, judges' scores are never edited silently, and result corrections create a new version.
What it does not meanEvery participant will agree with the judges.
04
Exams with Safe Exam Browser
What it meansOnline exams only open from a verified Safe Exam Browser client on supported devices.
What it does not meanCheating becomes impossible.
05
Only the personal data needed
What it meansPublic pages never show participant contacts or files. Staff and judges only see what their role requires.
What it does not meanFiles someone has already downloaded can be pulled back.
For organizers
One organizing team.
Access that fits each role.
Invite staff by email, assign roles, and revoke them at any time. Custom roles are built from a fixed permission list, and you can check what each person can actually do.
Example roles
Owner
Manages the organization, staff, and key approvals.
Finance
Views invoices and statements, and requests payouts to verified accounts.
Judge
Scores assigned entries only, with no access to finances.
Operations
Manages schedules, attendance, and announcements.
Auditor
Reads operational reports without being able to change anything.
Custom role
Any combination of permissions your organization needs.
Also available to organizers
Participant consultations
A shared inbox with internal notes participants never see.
Team groups
A discussion space for each team, separate from locked registration data.
Reports
Registration, payment, and payout summaries for each competition.
Next edition
Reuse a past competition as a template without copying participant data.
Intelligence with intention
Less confusion.
More growth.

Comparison
Existing tools still help.
What's missing is a recorded flow.
Mulailomba does not replace every tool. Social media can keep sharing the official link to a competition page.
| Tool | What it does well | What Mulailomba adds |
|---|---|---|
| Instagram and influencer promotion | Reach into existing communities | Search, versioned rules, and registration from one official page |
| WhatsApp and spreadsheets | Familiar, flexible communication | Capacity, team rosters, staff permissions, and a history of payments, submissions, and scores |
| Generic forms and ticketing | Simple registration and payment | Competition rounds, team rules, submissions, rubric judging, results, and certificates |
| LMS and exam platforms | Mature learning and exam features | Open competition discovery, organizer operations, and held registration funds |
Zoom, venues, and the Safe Exam Browser client remain part of how competitions run. Mulailomba controls who can access them, and when.
A little more clarity
Good questions.
Clear answers.
Still want to talk it through?
We are listeningCan I use Mulailomba yet?
Not yet. The Mulailomba app is coming soon. Email us to hear when registration opens, or list your competition early as an organizer.
How much does Mulailomba cost?
Participants can search competitions without a subscription. Each competition's registration fee is set by its organizer. Service rates for organizers will be announced before the app opens.
Why don't organizers receive registration fees immediately?
To protect participants if a competition is cancelled or does not take place as agreed. Funds are released after the competition takes place, the complaint window closes, and the payment provider has settled them.
Does every online competition require Safe Exam Browser?
No. Safe Exam Browser is only required for online exams. Artifact submissions and online presentations have their own rules. Supported devices will be announced before the first exam opens.
How does team registration work?
The team leader invites members, each member accepts their own invitation, and the roster is locked according to the competition rules. Changes of members or leader follow the recorded rules.
Can organizers use their own certificates?
Yes. Organizers can upload their own certificates or generate them from a template. Every certificate has a verification link that shows its current status.
Who can see my data?
Only the people who need it for their role. Public pages never show participant contacts, files, or personal details, and judges only see the entries assigned to them.
